The GMC Yukon is a full sized SUV produced from General Motors.  The Yukon's name comes from the comes from the Yukon territory of northern Canada.   It was introduced in 1991 for the 1992 model year.  All were 2-door models through 1994.   In 1995 the Yukon gained a 4-door model with a longer wheelbase and a higher passenger capacity.
